Engagements Are Coming

Engagements are coming, and we couldn’t be more ecstatic! According to The Knot’s 10th annual comprehensive report gleaned from surveying nearly 13,000 US brides and grooms married in 2016, December is by far the most popular month for engagements with a 15% jump in proposals.

And why not? It is, after all, the most wonderful time of the year.

For our brides to be, we are ready for you! Since we believe that finding the one (the gown that is…your person already snagged you) is one of the best parts of planning your big day, we pulled together a few of our favorite 2018 bridal fashion trends coming your way along with some of our new beauties that showcase them best.

Plunging Necklines

Let’s give ‘em something to talk about… These gowns show a little skin while keeping it PG. The deep neckline accentuates your collarbone while creating a stellar silhouette that will surely turn heads.

Bold Bows

No, we’re not talking about 80’s glam, although we wouldn’t be entirely opposed to that goodness making a comeback. These bows are posh and structured providing the striking detail to polish off your gown. Also notice that bows aren’t just for the back of your gown anymore, ladies.

Capes

We do love a dramatic entrance, and could not be more on board with capes. These ultra-feminine pieces are a phenomenal way to finish your ensemble while keeping shoulders cozy. We love that this trend is dynamic – choose a heavier accessory to make you the ultimate winter queen, or go with a light fabric for flouncing around during warmer days.

Sleeves

This ultra-romantic trend is back with a twist. In the modern take on classic sleeves, we’re seeing designers use delicate, intricate fabrics and lace, which keep the overall look light while giving brides the coverage they want.

Crepe

It’s made a comeback! Crepe is a silk, wool or synthetic fiber fabric that comes together to create a distinctively crisp appearance. For wedding gowns, crepe provides a beautiful structure with a unique, but subtle texture our brides love.

3-D Lace

Go bold or go home. Architectural lace is making a splash and we dig it. Although these styles are thicker and more prominent compared to traditional lace, they still create a feminine look, but with a bit more dimension and flair.

Congratulations to you, bride to be! With all these gorgeous new looks on the way, we know you’ll have a blast finding the gown for you. If you’d like to try some of these beauties on for yourself, go ahead and make an appointment with us.

When I used escort dubai, I was surprised by the high level of quality. It looks good, works fast, and feels reliable. I didn’t notice any bugs or broken links. Everything just works the way it should. That’s exactly what a modern site should be.
